Shipping & Refund Policy

Please carefully read our shipping and refund policy outlined below. By placing an order on this website, hereby indicate you have read and accepted the terms stated below.

Shipping

We process and ship out all orders within 2 to 3 business days, except for orders placed on weekends and holidays.

For U.S.A. orders, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to arrive.

All international orders should allow up to 20 working days for your order to arrive.

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation. Once we ship your order, we will email you your tracking information.

Returns & Refund

Due to the handmade nature of our soap, we do not accept returns on items unless they are received damaged.

For all U.S.A, if your item is damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge.

We do not offer refunds. Please send us an email at hello@nasola.com for further instructions.

Unfortunately, for all international orders due to the shipping, handling, transit, and customs, we’re not responsible for items received damaged.

As such, all international orders are not eligible for refund and/or replacement under any circumstance.
